Pandora Group officially opened its USD 150 million state-of-the-art crafting facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, marking a significant expansion of its manufacturing capacity. The facility, which took two years to complete, is the world's largest for fine jewellery crafting and will produce up to 60 million pieces annually.
CEO Berta de Pablos-Barbier said the opening of the Vietnam facility marks an important new chapter for Pandora, combining the company’s jewellery craftsmanship expertise with Vietnam’s skilled workforce and strong manufacturing capabilities.
Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyễn Lộc Hà, praised Pandora’s commitment to sustainability and long-term growth, noting the facility will create thousands of employment opportunities and contribute to local economic development.

Pandora’s new facility, located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III, will initially represent about 15 percent of global capacity, rising to approximately one-third when the facility reaches full capacity in 2030.
The Crafting Academy at the new facility offers training in five areas and 35 skills, with 25 experienced craftspeople from Thailand brought in to train the new hires.
Pandora’s second-quarter 2026 results showed revenue of 7.219 billion Danish kroner, compared with 7.075 billion a year earlier, indicating the company’s continued growth.
