Deadline exclusively announced that Maude Apatow and Mike Faist are set to star in 'The Maid of Orleans,' a film directed by Sarah Elizabeth Mintz, following her acclaimed work on 'Good Girl Jane.'

Apatow, known for her role as Lexi Howard in HBO's 'Euphoria,' is also set to make her feature directorial debut with 'Poetic License,' which premiered to rave reviews at the Toronto International Film Festival and South by Southwest.

'The Maid of Orleans' follows a young woman who assists a talented and complicated director on a French production of Joan of Arc. The film marks Faist's first movie role since 'Challengers' in 2024.

Faist, who recently starred in the Netflix series 'East of Eden,' received critical acclaim for his performance in the limited series.

Apatow is represented by WME, Mosaic, and Ziffren Brittenham, and is also starring in 'Poetic License,' which she wrote and directed.
