Ukraine announced it targeted one of Russia's largest oil refineries and a critical pipeline hub, aiming to disrupt Moscow's war financing capabilities, according to the Hindustan Times.
Russia, however, reported that it successfully defended against Ukrainian attacks on four oil refineries, with damage assessment ongoing at just one site, as cited by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak through Interfax.
