Siri Recap ambiently takes notes on conversations throughout the day and creates summaries that users can review later.

Apple has published a detailed Privacy Overview on its website, emphasizing that the Audio Intelligence features do not create or store audio recordings and that raw audio used for processing is inaccessible to the operating system, apps, the user, or Apple.

The release also includes bug fixes and other improvements.

Apple has also announced that iOS 27.3 will bring Apple Intelligence to China in December.

In addition, Apple has introduced an Excluded Apps setting that lets users choose which apps Siri, Search, and suggestions can access.

Apple likely plans to release MacBook Pro models with OLED displays, 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac models with M6 chips, and/or an iPad mini 8 with an OLED display on Friday, November 6.

Testing of the first features will begin November 4 through the latest iOS developer beta, bringing tools such as Live Translation, Clean Up, and Writing Tools to compatible iPhones.
