This move comes as Google also unveiled its Genie 4 artificial intelligence model, which can generate realistic three-dimensional environments.

Genie 4 uses several other Google models to boost its output quality, and it introduces unprecedented realism, native audio generation, and deep multimodal reasoning powered by the Gemini family.

Google's newest flagship frontier AI model, Gemini 4 Carbon, delivers advanced long-horizon execution and cybersecurity capabilities, with significant reductions in model hallucinations, overreach, and prompt-injection vulnerabilities.

Meta, meanwhile, has introduced Muse Charm, an AI agent designed to access a person's apps across categories like email, calendar, payments, health, shopping, and the smart home.

Apple's new model also introduces Suggestions in Messages that help users take quick actions in apps like Calendar and Reminders based on context from their conversation.

Xiaomi has introduced the SkyNomad N90, a luxury range-extender SUV with a flexible cabin and a claimed 1,500 km range, expected to introduce two models, the N70 and N90.

Android 17 introduces a native app lock feature, giving users a built-in way to protect individual apps, and adds limited contact sharing, allowing apps to access selected contacts on a one-time or temporary basis.

Developers can access the latest models through the Claude API using the model string claude-opus-4-8, and it’s also available on Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry.
