In Short: Russia bombed an aid distribution center and a nearby shelter in southern Ukraine, killing 24 people.

Ukraine's emergency services agency reported that Russia bombed an aid distribution center and a neighboring shelter in the village of Komyshuvakha, located in the southern Zaporizhzhia region, on Monday, resulting in the deaths of 24 individuals.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in a post on X that 10 guided bombs targeted the area, which included a school building used for humanitarian aid distribution and a nearby shelter.
Military officials in Zaporizhzhia reported that rescue efforts were hindered by additional Russian drone attacks launched in the area that had been bombed.
The Ukrainian state-run Center for Countering Disinformation urged people to monitor other emergency channels on social media while addressing a cyberattack that had compromised the emergency alert mobile app.
Zelensky also highlighted that the attack occurred as a limited ceasefire expired in Kherson, a different region in southern Ukraine, and expressed hope that the localized ceasefire and evacuation would act as a model for future efforts.
Ukrainian Defense Forces had previously struck the Armavir Line Production and Dispatch Station in southern Russia's Krasnodar Krai, according to reports from Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ and the Cyberboroshno OSINT project.
