Investigation Discovery (ID) has ordered a four-part docuseries titled 'Andrew Tate: Toxic Empire,' directed and produced by Julian P., to explore the controversial rise of Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan.
The series, which will premiere in two hours on November 13, delves into the Tate brothers' promotion of toxic masculinity across social media platforms and their alleged use of cult-like tactics to recruit male followers.
According to Deadline, the docuseries will feature male followers, insiders, alleged survivors, investigative journalists, and archival footage of Andrew Tate.
The Tate brothers, former kickboxers with a large online following, are currently incarcerated in Miami while fighting extradition to the UK, where they face multiple charges including rape, human trafficking, and sexual assault.
The Hollywood Reporter notes that the series will examine how the Tate brothers built their webcam business and their 'PhD' (Pimping Hoes Degree) course, which allegedly taught coercive methods to recruit women into webcamming while retaining most of the profit for themselves.
Variety reports that the brothers were charged with 21 crimes in the UK, including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking.
The docuseries comes as part of a growing trend of documentaries focusing on the Tate brothers, following Channel 4’s 'I Am Andrew Tate' and 'Andrew Tate: Icon or Toxic?'
