The Kansas City Chiefs have signed former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker to their practice squad, a move that comes amid ongoing sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Tucker, who was accused by 16 massage therapists of inappropriate behavior during sessions at eight spas in Baltimore, was released by the Ravens in May 2025.

The allegations, first reported by The Baltimore Banner in January 2025, include claims of Tucker exposing his genitals and touching therapists inappropriately.

Despite these allegations, Tucker was never criminally charged or sued in civil court, and he served a 10-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy in 2025.

The Chiefs are bringing Tucker in as insurance for Harrison Butker, who has struggled this season, missing five of 16 field goal attempts.

Tucker, who turns 37 next month, is regarded as one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history, having been an eight-time All-Pro.

The signing has raised questions among fans and media, with some questioning the decision to bring Tucker back into the league.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid defended the move, saying, “He’s done his suspension. Took care of his business there. I’ll leave it at that.”

Tucker has vehemently denied the allegations, calling them “unequivocally false” and “tabloid fodder.”

The team is taking a chance where no one else would, according to some reports.

Tucker’s return to the NFL marks a significant moment for the league, as it navigates the complexities of player conduct and the impact of allegations on careers.

The decision to sign Tucker underscores the ongoing debate about the NFL’s handling of misconduct allegations and the balance between player performance and off-field behavior.
