Brewers Fans Frustrated Over 'Timeless Ticket' Redemption
· Confirmed
In Short: Kevin and Kyle Deaton, Milwaukee Brewers fans, are facing a dilemma after redeeming their 'Timeless Tickets' for seats at the 2026 World Series.

Kevin and Kyle Deaton, Milwaukee Brewers fans, are facing a dilemma after redeeming their 'Timeless Tickets' for seats at the 2026 World Series. The tickets, sold more than a decade ago for $1,000 each, were supposed to guarantee the best available seats.
According to the information card, the tickets 'may be redeemed for the best available seat locations, subject to ticket availability at the time of redemption.' However, the Deatons were stunned to see the seating options made available to Timeless Ticket holders last week: terrace level seats or standing room only, priced at or below what they paid for their tickets in 2015.
Kyle Deaton said, 'When you promise somebody the best seat available, and you give them pretty much the worst seats that you have in the whole stadium, I would say, no. They're not honoring it.' Kevin added, 'I wasn't envisioning, hey, we're going to get front row. But certainly first ten rows.'
The Milwaukee Brewers have apologized for how they handled their 'Timeless Ticket' promotion. Rick Schlesinger, president of business operations, said, 'Clearly, even with extraordinary limitations on available seats, we did not live up to the spirit of the program, and we have been working through a resolution.'
Kevin and Kyle knew all along they would patiently wait for the perfect time to use them — a World Series in Milwaukee. Kevin said, 'It’s been 11 years that we did this and put our faith in the Brewers.'
The Deatons are not the only ones upset. Several hundred fans had indicated they wanted to redeem their Timeless Tickets for a World Series game. Schlesinger acknowledged, 'While we were able to accommodate all with seats, we received feedback from some that they were unhappy with their seat locations.'
Kevin and Kyle are now considering their options. Kevin said, 'I don't know what they could do to make this right for us.' Kyle added, 'This has to be a mistake. It's terrace level; that's level four. That's not the best available seat.'
The Milwaukee Brewers have offered to keep the Timeless Tickets for future redemption for any game in any future season. However, the Deatons are still considering their options and are not satisfied with the current resolution.
The controversy has sparked discussions on social media and among fans. Rick Schlesinger said, 'Since that story ran on Friday I've heard from a thousand of my closest friends. People I haven't heard from forever, social media, I guess it's all over social media.'
The Milwaukee Brewers have faced backlash for their handling of the Timeless Ticket promotion. Fans who accepted the subpar seats will get to keep those seats for the World Series and keep their Timeless Ticket for redemption for another game in any future season.
The Deatons and other fans are questioning whether the organization is honoring a deal it made with 1,000 ticket holders more than a decade ago. The situation has highlighted the importance of clear communication and expectations in ticket promotions.
The Milwaukee Brewers have apologized for the handling of the 'Timeless Ticket' promotion and are working on a resolution to address the concerns of the fans.
