Speaking after the meeting, Jacek Dobrzynski, spokesperson for the minister coordinating Poland’s intelligence services, said there was a “high likelihood” that the reported threats could be carried out, according to the Kyiv Post (Ukraine).
Government spokesperson Adam Szłapka told private broadcaster Polsat News that “the matter is serious,” adding that Tusk had been informed about the threat at around 7 a.m. on Sunday.
The Kyiv Post (Ukraine) and The Times of Israel (Israel) reported that the threats were serious, but the precise nature of the threats or whether any suspects had been identified was not disclosed.
