New York Giants star wide receiver Malik Nabers did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, describing it as being 'sore' more than usual.

Nabers, who leads the Giants with 208 receiving yards this season, had a productive game against the Arizona Cardinals, catching six passes for 112 yards and a touchdown.

Despite his recent success, Nabers has been dealing with knee issues since tearing his ACL last season and undergoing a cleanup procedure earlier this year.

Coach John Harbaugh expressed minimal concern, noting that he and Nabers had a conversation after the game where Nabers seemed emotional and competitive.

Nabers explained that he is typically sore after games and that the team would assess his condition over the next few days.

The Giants are already short-handed after losing Braxton Berrios to a season-ending foot injury, making Nabers' availability crucial for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders.

Defensive lineman Chauncey Golston also faces potential time off due to a recurring neck problem, adding to the team's injury concerns.
