Sonos Arc Ultra Soundbar Now $200 Off at Amazon
Confirmed
In Short: The Sonos Arc Ultra, Sonos' flagship Dolby Atmos soundbar, is now available for $899, marking an 18% discount from its recommended retail price of $1,099, according to Android Authority.
This deal is the best price drop on the Arc Ultra this year, making it a standout option for those looking to enhance their TV audio setup without additional equipment.
The Arc Ultra uses Sonos' Sound Motion technology, which delivers stronger bass without the need for a separate subwoofer, offering a wider home theater soundstage from a single bar.
According to PC Guide, the Arc Ultra provides a noticeably larger soundstage than compact soundbars, with greater width, height, and dynamic range.
The soundbar also supports HDMI eARC and room calibration features, allowing it to perform at a level that rivals dedicated surround systems while maintaining the simplicity of a single-bar solution.
ZDNET notes that the Arc Ultra is a great way to upgrade your TV, especially if your set has an eARC port, and it promises room-filling sound, Dolby Atmos support, and smart speaker functionality.
While the Arc Ultra is a capable soundbar on its own, pairing it with other Sonos speakers and subwoofers can expand your home theater setup.
The Arc Ultra performs best in larger rooms or environments where you can increase its volume without disturbing others.
However, once you start building your system with a Sonos soundbar, you are locked into buying Sonos' other products to expand your home theater.
This deal is a good time to grab Sonos' top soundbar for less, as it offers substantial improvements over previous models.
The Arc Ultra's Sound Motion technology delivers bigger bass in a smaller package, allowing room for additional tweeters and midrange drivers.
Compared to the first-generation Arc, the Arc Ultra has a deeper, more noticeable bass response and clearer audio reproduction in the mid-to-high range.
What this adds
The deal is exclusive to Amazon and represents a significant price drop for the Arc Ultra.
