PARIS — Dior has unveiled its latest campaign for the cruise collection, featuring Jennifer Lawrence, Greta Lee, Taylor Russell, and Drew Starkey wandering through the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).

Photographed by Sam Rock, the campaign captures the actresses in various poses as they interact with artworks such as Claude Monet’s “Water Lilies” and Jacob van Ruisdael landscapes.

The campaign blurs the lines between reality and performance, prompting viewers to question whether the actresses are truly admiring the art or posing for the camera.

Olivier Gabet, director of the decorative arts department at the Louvre, highlighted the brand’s long-standing connection to the art world, noting its roots in founder Christian Dior’s early career as a gallerist.

Since taking over as creative director of Dior last year, British designer Jonathan Anderson has emphasized the brand’s luxury essence through collaborations with contemporary artists like Sheila Hicks and Magdalene Odundo.

In the campaign, Drew Starkey wears the Dior Double-Up Messenger bag and a plaid shirt from the brand’s collaboration with artist Ed Ruscha, the same outfit Anderson wore during his spring 2027 show in Paris.

The full Dior cruise campaign will be released on October 8.
