Williams, known as 'Big shot Gabby,' scored 19 points, with 17 coming in the second half. She outscored the Wings 8-1 in the final two minutes of the game.

The turning point, according to Williams, was when Veronica Burton hit a crucial 26-foot three-pointer over the Wings' Paige Bueckers, ending the Valkyries' scoring drought.

The Wings had a strong run, going on a 20-0 streak that spanned the end of the first half and the beginning of the third quarter, putting the Valkyries down by 16 points.

Williams emphasized the importance of trust from her teammates, saying, 'The fact they trust me to have the ball in my hands, it's not even about making the right shot, just making the right decisions.

This comeback was the fifth largest in a winner-take-all game in WNBA playoff history and the largest since the Aces' 16-point comeback against the Connecticut Sun in 2020.
