Three hot starters to believe in, one player who will break out in Week 4
Confirmed
In Short: Fantasy football managers face a weekly challenge of deciding which players to believe in and which to doubt, as each NFL game brings its own set of surprises.
According to CBS Sports, during the 2025 SEC football season, nine percent of starters listed as 'doubtful' on Wednesday's Initial Report played in the game.
SEC spokespersons noted that coach Lane Kiffin listed players as doubtful 14 times in the last two seasons at Ole Miss, with 13 of those players not playing.
The SEC did not respond to a request for comment on how often players listed as doubtful end up playing.
In Week 2, the Baltimore Ravens could be without several key starters against the Saints, as neither has ramped up to full participation yet.
The New York Jets are officially without two key starters for their Week 4 matchup against the Chicago Bears, according to Newsweek.
The Jets will need to adjust their lineup, as both players are out for the upcoming game.
In contrast, the Atlanta Dream saw all five starters score in double figures, overwhelming the Washington team.
High-ankle sprains typically trigger absences of two to six weeks for NFL players, according to Upi.
The Patriots' backup wide receivers include Kyle Williams, Efton Chism III, and Mack Hollins, behind starters DeMario Douglas and Romeo Doubs.
The new version of Xtream Player, v1.7.50, was announced on Reddit, offering a more immersive experience by filling the entire car screen.
England will host world champions Spain at Wembley in a UEFA Nations League game, with Thomas Tuchel required to drop one player from his 24-man group.
Injury to Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala means Wirtz has linked up with Klopp and his players early, set to be involved against Greece.
