The finale of Big Brother season 28 aired, revealing Rick Devens as the winner of the $750,000 grand prize.
Devens, a contestant from Survivor's 50th season, also won the title of America's Favorite Houseguest, earning an extra $50,000 from fan votes.
Host Julie Chen Moonves announced the winner after the jury cast their votes, with Devens receiving six out of seven votes from the jury.
The final three houseguests, Drew Campbell, Rick Devens, and Taylor Brown, competed in a series of challenges to determine the ultimate winner.
In the final showdown, Devens and Campbell faced off in a slingshot game where they knocked down cardboard cutouts of former houseguests.
Devens emerged victorious after winning the last round, choosing to evict Campbell and secure his place as the winner.
Among the icons were Dee, the winner of Survivor 45, and Angela, a Big Brother alum.
The houseguests spent 87 days in the Big Brother house, with contestants earning $1,000 per week.
Devens' win marks the first time a Survivor player has won Big Brother.
Host Julie Chen Moonves also announced that Big Brother has been renewed for two more seasons, taking the series to Season 30.
