The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has introduced a new DeepTech incubation program named DEEP LEAP, aimed at accelerating high-potential technology ventures across the country. The program is a collaboration with Walmart Global Tech as its founding industry partner.

All DeepTech startups developing technologies in areas such as AI/ML, quantum computing, robotics, autonomous systems, SpaceTech, aerospace, semiconductors, and photonics are eligible to apply. The program focuses on startups that have reached the Prototype or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage.

Under DEEP LEAP, IIMK Live will engage with 1,500 startups, selecting 50 for a 12-month incubation and acceleration program. The program will provide structured incubation, expert mentorship, industry connections, investor readiness support, and opportunities for business growth.

Through DEEP LEAP, IIM Kozhikode aims to strengthen India's DeepTech innovation ecosystem by assisting promising startups in accessing critical resources and support.
