Confirmed
In Short: Tesla has secured $30 billion in new credit lines to help scale its Cybercab robotaxi, Optimus robot, and Tesla Semi.

Tesla has secured $30 billion in new credit lines, including an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility and a $2 billion revolving credit facility with a 364-day term from Wells Fargo, according to a regulatory filing.
The company said it doesn't plan to draw on these loan facilities this year, but the funds are intended to support the scaling of new products like the Cybercab robotaxi, Optimus robot, and Tesla Semi.
Tesla has been spotted testing Cybercabs in Austin, Texas, both with and without drivers, indicating the company is actively preparing for the launch of its robotaxi service.
Tesla is training its Full Self-Driving (FSD) AI neural networks with fresh data daily to ensure maximum safety for the Cybercab robotaxi service.
Tesla is already operating its Unsupervised Robotaxi Service in the Austin Metro Area using Model Y Juniper mid-sized electric SUVs.
Tesla’s VP of AI, Ashok Elluswamy, revealed that Cybercabs and Model Y Robotaxis are using earlier versions of FSD v15 software.
Tesla is also building dedicated factories for the Semi and Optimus robot, reflecting the company's commitment to new manufacturing lines.
Elon Musk previously showcased Tesla’s Optimus robots serving drinks at an event, highlighting the robot's potential for real-world applications.
