Charlie and Martin Sheen to Star in AMC Comedy 'Happy Jack
Confirmed
In Short: Charlie Sheen and his father Martin Sheen are set to star in 'Happy Jack,' a new comedy series for AMC and AMC+.

The half-hour family comedy has been greenlit for six episodes and will begin production in early 2027 at Warner Bros. Studios, where 'Friends' was filmed.
In 'Happy Jack,' Charlie Sheen plays Jack, a lifelong ne’er-do-well with two daughters, Kate and Sam. Kate runs Jack’s company and keeps him on track, while Sam, a wild child, returns home with a new boyfriend who is the same age as Jack.
The series marks the first time the Sheens will portray father and son on screen in over a decade. They previously worked together in 'Anger Management' and 'Wall Street.
Charlie Sheen will also executive produce the show alongside Todd Christopher, Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, and Jason Wang, with 20th Television as an executive producer.
Jim Patterson and Matt Ross are the writers and co-showrunners of 'Happy Jack,' which is slated to premiere on AMC and AMC+ in 2027.
Dan McDermott, chief content officer of AMC Global Media and president of AMC Studios, expressed excitement about the project: 'What a thrill to welcome Charlie Sheen and Martin Sheen to AMC and AMC+.
The Sheens have a history of working together, with Martin guest-starring on Charlie’s shows 'Spin City' and 'Two and a Half Men.
