As of the end of June, Democracy PAC and Democracy PAC II, political committees created and funded by the Soros network, have disbursed over $40 million in donations to their Democratic allies, a review of campaign finance records shows.
Meanwhile, in Russia, voters began casting ballots in the country's first wartime parliamentary election, which features virtually no opposition and is all but certain to secure the Kremlin’s political dominance. The election, held to elect members in all seats of the lower house State Duma, is the first since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
