Vocci Launches Ring for Meeting Note-Taking

In Short: Vocci has introduced a new device for meeting note-taking in the form of a ring, offering a unique and convenient form factor for recording.
The Vocci ring features a button that users can double-tap to start and stop recordings, making it easy to capture notes during meetings.
Unlike other meeting notetakers that integrate AI to automate insights and workflow, Vocci’s platform currently focuses on basic recording functions.
The ring is lightweight, weighing under 6 grams, and is made from titanium on the inner and outer surfaces.
According to Vocci, the ring can record for up to 8 hours on a single charge, providing ample time for extended meetings.
While the ring offers convenience, it also raises privacy concerns, as it can discreetly record conversations.
Other meeting notetakers on the market include pendants, pins, and credit-card-sized devices, each with their own unique features and functionalities.
The Vocci ring stands out with its central function of meeting note-taking, setting it apart from other wearable devices that may offer additional features such as reminders or AI interactions.
Users can also tap and hold the button to ask Vocci’s AI questions, but this feature only works when the Vocci app is open.
