Russian attacks have damaged a Ukrainian education facility in Kyiv, according to reports. The incident highlights ongoing tensions in the region.

While the focus remains on the conflict with Iran, the damage to US military sites in the Middle East, including Camp Buehring and Camp Arifjan in Kuwait, has raised concerns about the adequacy of US defenses.

Brian Katulis, a former national security official, noted that the damage to US bases underscores the need for better preparedness, especially given the significant losses of US aircraft in the early stages of the conflict.

The situation has increased public and political pressure on the White House to find a resolution to the conflict with Iran, which began on February 28 with joint US and Israeli attacks on Iranian targets.
