In Short: Rosalía tops this year's Latin Grammy nominations with seven nods, while Prince Royce's anticipated collaboration with Romeo Santos was snubbed.

The 2026 Latin Grammy nominations have been announced, with Rosalía leading the pack with seven nominations. Meanwhile, Prince Royce's highly anticipated collaboration with Romeo Santos, 'Better Late Than Never,' did not receive a nomination, a notable snub according to Billboard.

Manuel Abud, CEO of the Latin Recording Academy, suggested that the decision was beyond his control when asked about the omission by Billboard. Other major contenders include Anitta, Jorge Drexler, Mon Laferte, Carín León, Milo J, and Rawayana.

Edgar Barrera, a Mexican-American songwriter and producer, leads the nominations with recognition across multiple categories, including two Song of the Year nominations for Karol G and Marco Antonio Solís’ “Coleccionando Heridas” and Santana and Becky G’s “Mi Gran Amor.” CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso also scored another major showing with 10 nominations in 2025.

The 27th Annual Latin Grammy Awards will take place on November 12th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will air live on Univision. The full list of nominees can be seen below.
