In Short: French luxury brand Balmain has appointed Truong as the new president of Balmain Americas, effective immediately.
A seasoned French designer, Phung Truong, who gained international recognition in 2016 with his Atlein brand, has been named president of Balmain Americas by the luxury fashion house.
Truong will lead the brand's operations in the Americas, overseeing the U.S. market and other regions under the Balmain Americas umbrella.
Truong is set to debut his second collection for Balmain during the fall 2026 Paris Fashion Week, following his debut in 2026.
This appointment comes as Balmain continues to expand its presence in the luxury fashion market, with Truong expected to bring his expertise to the role.
