In her directors' statement, Ravagli expressed her commitment to giving voice to marginalized communities, stating, 'As a screenwriter, I have always tried to give voice to the different worlds that inhabit our country, especially the ones that are too often unseen and unheard, and simply pushed to the margins.
Produced by Moontrip, a banner set up by Rome-based Cattleya, which is owned by ITV Studios, with Fasoli and Ravagli, and Tramp Limited, 'The Place of Eternal Summer' features a cast of emerging Italian talents. The film is set to explore themes of friendship and growth through the lens of Sicilian culture.
