BJP Fields Mother of Murdered Suvendu Aide for Nandigram Bypoll

The ruling party believes she will win the Nandigram assembly seat by a margin of 1.10 lakh votes, according to Hasirani Rath herself, who expressed confidence in her candidacy.
The bypoll is significant as it will determine the future of the Nandigram seat, which has been a key battleground for the BJP and the Trinamool Congress (TMC). The TMC, led by Mamata Banerjee, has also announced its candidates for the bypolls in Bengal and Assam.
