Céline Dion Returns with Emotional Paris Residency Kickoff

Confirmed

Entertainment Desk

In Short: Céline Dion kicked off her long-awaited comeback with a sold-out concert at the Paris La Défense Arena, delighting fans and setting the stage for a 26-show residency.

The success of the first show led to the announcement of additional 10 shows scheduled for May 2027, which have also sold out. In the meantime, fans who missed out on tickets have not been left out entirely. Events honouring Dion's comeback have dominated Paris, with tribute boat cruises on the Seine featuring costume contests, sing-alongs, and DJ sets happening throughout September.

Dion's comeback show was part of a larger resurgence, following her last full concert in 2020 before the pandemic cut her tour short. In 2024, she performed just one song at the Paris Olympics closing ceremony. The Canadian icon will continue her Paris residency throughout September and October and into the New Year, with the shows running until early 2024.
