A family from Fort Worth, Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Arka Montessori Academy of Risinger following an incident in which surveillance footage allegedly captured an adult employee instigating a fight involving a 4-year-old boy, according to reports from The Independent.
According to the family’s attorney, Russell Button, the footage showed an instructor encouraging her own child to attack the victim before shaking the child, creating a 'child fight club' atmosphere.
This place looked like a child fight club,' Button told The Independent, while Richard Harris, the boy's father, added, 'The trust that I put in this daycare, they failed us,' in an interview with WFAA.
