Keshet International is set to premiere ‘The Escape,’ a cross-border action-thriller starring Yehuda Levi, in Israel later this year. The film, directed by Óscar Pedraza, stars Ester Expósito and Hugo Diego Garcia, and is based on the romantic thriller ‘Drawn Together,’ which was adapted from RON’s popular enemies-to-lovers Culpables romance trilogy, achieving 100 million views worldwide.

In ‘The Escape,’ a strong mutual attraction develops as the characters deal with multiple threats back in Spain, creating a blend of romance and action. ‘The Escape’ is the latest in an ambitious international slate for Keshet International, which is part of Keshet Media Group, including Claire Danes starrer ‘Lovesick’ for Netflix and recently-released international thriller ‘Unconditional’ for Apple TV.

Filmed on location in Colombia, Georgia, and Israel, “The Escape” was created and written by Ariel Cohen (“The Golem”) for Keshet 12 alongside Yoav and Doron Paz (“The Golem,” “Plan A”), who also direct.
Keshet International is globally distributing the tape and format.
