Confirmed

In Short: ET News reports that the Galaxy S27 Pro and Ultra will get Privacy Display functionality, while the S27 standard and Plus models will not.

Good news for Samsung Galaxy S27 enthusiasts: the Pro and Ultra models are set to receive Privacy Display technology, according to ET News. This feature, which debuted on the S26 Ultra, is expected to differentiate the higher-end models from the standard and Plus variants.

Industry sources cited by Android Authority indicate that discussions are underway to apply this privacy-enhancing technology to other devices, including laptops, starting with smartphones. Samsung plans to include privacy displays in its higher-end lineup to set them apart from other models.

However, not all S27 series phones will get this tech. A conflicting claim that all four S27 models could receive Privacy Display was contradicted by the ET News source. The Pro model is tipped to feature a 6.47-inch display, a 5,200mAh battery, a 200MP main camera, and a 12MP 3x camera.

Excitement around Privacy Display on more Samsung phones is palpable, but the standard and Plus models will miss out on this feature. The Pro model, in particular, is expected to stand out with its advanced display technology, though the exact specifications for the S27 standard and Plus remain unclear.
