In Short: The much-anticipated final chapter of the 'Drishyam' franchise, 'Drishyam: The Conclusion,' is set to release on October 2, 2026, with a new trailer revealing a darker turn for Ajay Devgn's character.

In the 2015 film, Vijay Salgaonkar, played by Ajay Devgn, took it upon himself to save his family after they murdered a teenage boy who was harassing his teenage daughter. This time, the Salgaonkar family is out of options, and the many law enforcement officials who have been poking holes in his story are closing in. The trailer hints at a tense cat-and-mouse game between Vijay and Rajveer, with both determined to stay several steps ahead. The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak and is scheduled to release theatrically on October 2, 2026.

The trailer for 'Drishyam: The Conclusion' dropped on Wednesday, September 9, and it appears that Vijay and his family are out of ways and will probably not be able to save themselves from the many law enforcement officials who have been poking holes in his story in the previous two installments of the franchise. This time, Prakash Raj, who plays a lawyer, and Jaideep Ahlawat, who is playing SP Crime Branch, are joining the franchise to trap Vijay and his family so the truth can finally come out.

Abhishek Pathak, who is also co-writing the film with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh, says, "Vijay Salgaonkar turns darker, and the stakes are higher than ever." The Salgaonkar family has always stood together and Vijay has repeatedly managed to stay ahead, but this time, Tomar takes charge of the seemingly impossible case and is determined to uncover the truth that Vijay has managed to conceal for years.
