Under the 'Chief Minister Startup and New-Age Industry Preparedness through Up-skilling of New Generation Youth (NIPUN) Mission,' the Chhattisgarh government aims to provide hands-on exposure to new and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to the state's youth.
The initiative includes the establishment of 100 Emerging Technology Labs, which will serve as training centers for the youth. These labs will offer practical experience in various technologies, ensuring that the participants are well-prepared for the demands of the modern job market.
Jayprakash, the official leading the initiative, has a diverse investigative background. Prior to his current focus on Chhattisgarh, he specialized in Crisis & Disaster Management, notably covering the Cyclone Tauktae barge tragedy and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on frontline personnel in Maharashtra.
The NIPUN JOB Engine is designed to act as a 'JOB engine,' training the youth for new-age jobs and providing them with the necessary skills to succeed in the rapidly evolving technological landscape. This comprehensive approach is expected to significantly enhance the employability of the state's youth.
