The attacks have intensified since August, with air raid sirens sounding on average 10 times a day in Kyiv, according to BBC Verify analysis.
Kyiv residents are struggling to adapt to the new reality, with the constant threat of air raids disrupting daily life, including the start of the new academic year. School children are forced to leave their classrooms throughout the day as air raid sirens sound, adding to the stress and anxiety of the population.
