The singer, 71, is currently scheduled to perform in Sheridan, Wyoming, on September 10, but the shows in Billings, Montana, on September 9, and Bozeman, Montana, on September 12, have been postponed due to the restriction.
Cash's management team stated that she is recovering under her doctors' supervision and will take December off before playing three shows in California the following month. The nature of the medical emergency was not specified, but Cash has one Nashville performance scheduled in November.
In a post to her Instagram page, Cash's management team revealed that the singer has postponed her next three performances due to 'an unforeseen medical emergency.' The statement noted that the restriction is impacting her upcoming Wyoming and Montana shows, and she deeply regrets the cancellation but looks forward to rescheduling her appearances.
Cash, the daughter of the late great Johnny Cash and his first wife, Vivian Cash, has been taking a brief break from the road. She was scheduled to play in Sheridan, Wyoming, on September 10, and her next performance is currently set for September 15 in Nashville.
