In Short: Lindsay Clancy's attorney hopes for a pardon from President Trump after her trial ended in a hung jury.

Lindsay Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, expressed hope for an agreement between the defense and the district attorney following Clancy's five-week trial that ended in a mistrial last week.

Reddington also appealed to President Donald Trump to consider a pardon for his client, stating, 'Look, she did a horrible, horrible thing. Can't be worse.

However, Clancy is not eligible for a presidential pardon as she was not convicted of the state charges of three counts of first-degree murder.
