Russian state news agency TASS reported that the envoys were expected to arrive in Moscow and then travel to Kyiv on September 5-6, though initial plans had been for them to arrive in Boryspil by plane, as reported by Kyiv Post.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that 'tentative dates have been set' for the envoys' visit, stating that they would be in Kyiv 'in the coming days.
This visit marks the first time since the Trump administration began peace talks that Witkoff and Kushner have visited Kyiv, highlighting the renewed effort to find a resolution to the conflict.
