CJP spokesperson Saurav Das and his party members are set to visit the police station to seek justice for Sanjay, who was reportedly attacked by a BJP-protected goon at a Jantar Mantar protest. Nishu, Sanjay's daughter, also plans to accompany her father to the station. The police have detained two men, Suraj Kumar and Swatantra Bhardwaj, and initiated legal action against them. Delhi Police has rejected claims of a fractured skull, stating the injury was simple and the allegations were 'misinformation.

The police have taken legal action and served notices to the detained individuals, with a chargesheet to be filed soon. In a statement, the police denied allegations of political interference in the case. CJP spokesperson Saurav Das and co-convener Ashutosh Ranka have urged people to join the protest, while Kumar's daughter Nishu has expressed her support for her father's actions.

Delhi Police has provided updates on the incident, which occurred on June 23 during a CJP protest. Kumar sustained a simple head injury during a scuffle, and the police have initiated legal action. The police statement also addressed misinformation regarding the severity of the injury, stating it was 'completely baseless.
