Fox News has released exclusive footage showing the arrest of Katya Rodriguez, 30, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for allegedly voting in the 2024 election with a false statement of citizenship. The arrest is part of a multi-state Department of Justice probe into illegal voting and election fraud, with Rodriguez facing potential charges that could result in up to 11 years in prison, supervised release, and a fine.
According to a DOJ press release, Rodriguez is also accused of fraudulent registration and voting as an alien. The Trump administration's federal enforcement action follows a recent disclosure by New Jersey officials of a software error that mistakenly registered nearly 6,600 non-citizens to vote, with around 400 casting ballots.
