Former Disney star Dylan Sprouse has opened up about his experiences in the entertainment industry, describing acting as a child as 'child labor.' During a recent podcast appearance, Sprouse expressed his desire to delve into the topic, particularly how it affects the mental well-being of child actors transitioning into adulthood.

Joining him on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast was his co-star, who starred in 'Ugly Betty' during his teenage years, bringing the conversation back to the issue of child labor in the industry.

In a previous interview, Sprouse's father, Matthew Sprouse, revealed that he and his wife had different approaches to raising their children, with one wanting them to remain normal and the other pushing them to be more like typical kids.

Sprouse also highlighted the mental hurdles he faced in Hollywood, drawing parallels to his own struggles with fame and work as a child star, while noting how his co-star, Mark Indelicato, managed to maintain a steady career as an adult actor, most notably in the Emmy-winning comedy 'Hacks.
