Despite the US ban that cut it off from Google’s Android ecosystem, HUAWEI continues to release smartphones internationally, with the latest being the HUAWEI Nova 16s and Nova 16s Pro.

The Nova 16s series, rebranded for international markets, features advanced hardware, including a 50MP Ultra Vision main camera and a 50MP RYYB periscope telephoto with up to 100x digital zoom.

The Nova 16s, the more affordable of the two, boasts up to 5,500nits of peak brightness, making the screen easier to see outdoors. It comes in Sky White, Breathing Crystal, Isle Blue, and Starry Black, with a wave-inspired design on the rear.

HUAWEI’s Nova 16s also includes a multispectral sensor and a 50MP Ultra Vision main camera, along with a 50MP RYYB periscope telephoto with 3.3x optical zoom.
