Jaguar Land Rover has unveiled the 2027 Range Rover Electric, which has already garnered 80,000 pre-orders, with half of those coming from North America. The vehicle retains the distinctive Range Rover look, but with subtle aerodynamic improvements such as a more streamlined front grille and aero-efficient wheels. These changes help reduce the vehicle's drag coefficient slightly.

According to JLR, the primary focus was to ensure the Range Rover Electric felt like a Range Rover first and an electric vehicle second. To achieve this, the company had to add extra isolation to the front drive unit and pay special attention to high-voltage cables, which can transmit noise and vibrations into the cabin. These measures are aimed at enhancing the overall driving experience and maintaining the luxury associated with the Range Rover brand.
