According to the Detroit Free Press , The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirmed Monday (Aug. 31) that it was looking into what had happened two days prior in and around the Ford Field vehicle tunnel, where the injured crew members were reportedly hit by falling pieces of equipment.
In a statement shared with Billboard , the city’s fire department explained that first responders had indeed “responded to a report of an accident” at the venue late at night to provide “triage support due to multiple injuries.
