Bank of America VP identified as victim in Times Square stabbing

“We are shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our colleague,” Bank of America said in a statement to Reuters. The New York City Police Department (NYPD) identified Erin Piacenti, 32, of Chester, New Jersey, as the deceased victim.

Called the “Crossroads of the World”, Times Square sees from 200,000 to 250,000 pedestrians transit through it a day, according to its official website. After receiving a 911 call shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Monday, NYPD officers found a 49-year-old woman wielding two knives in Times Square.
The male victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where police said Tuesday he is in stable condition. She was a valued teammate who will be greatly missed,” the bank said in a statement.
The NYPD identified her as Pamela Cisneros, of Queen, New York. The pair of stabbings occurred within 20 seconds of each other, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said during a Monday press conference.
