FROZEN FRUIT BARS RECALLED NATIONWIDE OVER POSSIBLE GLASS CONTAMINATION The frozen foods were shipped were shipped to foodservice locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. FSIS said the products linked to the recall bear false marks of inspection with establishment number "EST. 18004," which does not have a federal grant of inspection.
