How can you see Friday's 'Magical' Blood Moon?

Elsewhere a forecast of cloud and rain looks more likely, but some breaks in the cloud cannot be ruled out and could change from hour to hour. "Maybe set the alarm for 3am and just poke your head out the window and see what you think the chances are," Hall said.
