Travelers denied boarding a flight due to Ebola-related travel restrictions are advised to reach out to Ebola-Travel-HELP@hq.dhs.gov for assistance, according to the U.S. Embassy in Ethiopia.

For every traveler in your party, provide the following information to the email address: name, passport number, travel dates, and reason for travel.

Americans in need of financial or other assistance with modifying travel plans, securing temporary lodging in a third country, or other consular services should contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
