A homemade bomb carried by a woman detonated just before 8 p.m. Saturday near the Balzi Rossi Italian restaurant in one of Moscow’s Stalin-era skyscrapers on Kudrinskaya Square, police said. Russia’s Anti-Terrorism Committee said the woman was stopped by a security guard; the blast killed the woman, the guard and a customer and injured more than 20 people.
