Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) declared that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed until the United States ceases what it calls 'acts of aggression.' This announcement comes after the IRGC claimed to have carried out attacks on U.S. military facilities in Bahrain and Kuwait, according to Iranian state television IRIB.

The IRGC's statement warns that other regional oil export routes could also become targets if the U.S. does not alter its actions. The organization emphasized that the closure of the Strait of Hormuz endangers the interests of America's economic rivals and now other export routes are at risk.

In response to the U.S. military strikes on Iranian territory, the IRGC has vowed to retaliate, highlighting the disruption of global energy supplies through the Strait of Hormuz as a significant concern.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a primary force of the Iranian Armed Forces, consists of five service branches including the Ground Forces, Aerospace Force, Navy, Quds Force, and Basij. This powerful organization's latest statement underscores the ongoing tensions between Iran and the United States.
