The summer concert series 'Music in the Pavilion' is set to bring a series of musical evenings to Middlesex Borough, starting with a tribute to Stevie Wonder on July 15. The event, featuring a trio, will offer jazz-inspired arrangements and soulful melodies at Legion Park Pavilion.

Following the Stevie Wonder tribute, the series will feature the MHS Modern Band on July 29, performing a variety of music from the 70s through today. On August 12, the series will celebrate pop, country, and rock anthems, encouraging audience participation through singing and dancing.

The final concert on August 26 will be a community event, inviting residents to bring lawn chairs and enjoy a relaxing evening of music. Before the concert, American Legion Post 306 will open at 5:30 PM for dinner, and the series is presented by Middlesex Recreation and the Middlesex Borough Culture & Arts Committee.

Mayor Jack Mikolajczyk's vision and dedication have been instrumental in making the Music in the Pavilion Concert Series a reality, bringing a series of musical evenings to the community.
