Shai Gilgeous-Alexander finished with 26 points and 12 assists, Jared McCain scored 24 and Jaylin Williams 18 as Oklahoma City's bench outscored San Antonio's 76-23, including 15 points from Alex Caruso. The Thunder were without Jalen Williams (left hamstring soreness).
San Antonio raced to a 15-0 lead — the longest opening run in a conference finals game in the play-by-play era since 1997 — behind De'Aaron Fox's series debut and Victor Wembanyama.
